CAN I RETURN BESPOKE ITEMS, SUCH AS FLYING JACKETS?
All items that are made-to-measure and therefore bespoke, are only eligible for a refund if the item is lost or damaged en route, is the wrong size (doesn't match measurements you supplied to us) or is faulty. Orders cancelled after 14 days of order will be charged at the full rate. We cannot accept refunds for any other reason and we request that we have the chance to repair or alter the garment where possible. This is because the item is unique to you and takes considerable man hours to create. If purchased from outside the UK, please mark the outside of the packaging clearly with 'RETURN OF GOODS' to prevent import duties and taxes. Failure to do this may result in a charge or reduction of your refund.
CAN I RETURN MY OTHER ITEMS, SUCH AS T-SHIRTS?
We offer a no hassle returns policy, so you can return your clothing from your original order 14 days after the purchase date. For a full refund, please ensure you return your clothing as you received it, complete with tags and packaging. Excludes items marked 'Final Sale' and bespoke items such as sheepskin flying jackets. The return address is provided with your purchase. If purchased from outside the UK, please mark the outside of the packaging clearly with 'RETURN OF GOODS' to prevent import duties and taxes. Failure to do this may result in a charge or reduction of your refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
We will exchange clothing for free (bespoke items not applicable) if it's of the wrong size and is still in stock, according to the 'Returns' conditions above. We sell out of styles quickly due to their limited edition status, so if you are looking to exchange an item and don't want to miss out, we recommend returning your items for a refund and then purchasing what you are looking for right away. We will process your refund within 3-5 working days from the arrival of your return. If purchased from outside the UK, please mark the outside of the packaging clearly with 'RETURN OF GOODS' to prevent import duties and taxes. Failure to do this may result in a charge or reduction of your refund.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All items on our website are a mixture of in-stock (clothing, enamel pins, beanies etc) or made-to-order bespoke items (premium clothing, flying jackets, boots, etc.), so there may be instances where items in your order are shipped to you separately at different times.
STOCK ITEMS - On average, we dispatch all in-stock items within 1-3 working days.
FLYING JACKETS - Flying jackets are made to order by hand and take an average of 4 weeks to produce. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on location.
Royal Mail quote their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world.
All PRE-ORDER's will be shipped on or around the estimated date in the product description.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We sure do, we have satisfied customers all over the World, from the USA to China. We offer standard or tracked shipping options via Royal Mail or DPD. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duty/tax on delivery, depending on the laws in your country.
WILL I PAY IMPORT DUTY AND TAX?
If you are a customer outside the UK and EU, you may have to pay import duty and taxes. Please seek advice from authorities in your home country if you are unsure.
